Born in the heart of the outback, Parachilna Brew Project is proudly South Australia’s most remote brewery. Brewed on-site at the iconic Prairie Hotel and poured fresh from tank to tap, PBP is all about capturing a sense of place in every glass.
With a focus on small-batch brewing, unfiltered styles and easy-drinking beers designed for hot days and long afternoons, PBP reflects the rugged beauty and laid-back spirit of the Flinders Ranges. Its beer made for travellers, locals, and anyone chasing that “edge of the world” feeling.
